Quick questions about paying
Do I have to buy a package or a membership?
No. Single sessions are how most people start and there is nothing to sign up to. Packages simply lower the per-visit price for people who come regularly, and membership is entirely optional.
What if my plans change?
Tell us at least 24 hours before your session and we will move it, or refund it in full — no charge either way. If you are unwell on the day, the 24-hour rule does not apply to you. The details live in our cancellations and refunds policy.
Can I pay when I arrive instead?
Online bookings are paid by card when you book, which is what confirms your time. If you would rather book by phone, ring us and we will arrange payment directly.
Do packages expire?
Sessions from a package can be used whenever suits you — there is no use-it-or-lose-it clock. The five-session package is also covered in writing by our Vitality Guarantee.
Anything else about money? Cancellations and refunds has the full rules, and the Vitality Guarantee says what happens if a five-session package leaves you unmoved.
