The terms, in plain English
- Renewal. Your membership renews monthly on the date you joined, and Stripe emails you a receipt each time.
- Cancelling. Cancel any time before your next renewal date — ring or email us and we will end it the same day. You will not be charged again, and the sessions from the month you have already paid for stay yours until that month ends.
- Your monthly sessions. Each month’s four sessions are valid until the end of that paid month. We email you a heads-up before any go to waste.
- Changing a booked session. The usual 24-hour rule applies, illness excepted — and a cancelled session goes straight back to your wallet.
- Cooling-off. As with everything bought online, you have a statutory 14-day right to change your mind — details in our cancellations and refunds policy.
