A visit, start to finish
Step 1: Arrive and settle
We say hello properly and show you the room before anything starts. Ask whatever you like — most people do, and there is time for it.
Step 2: Breathe, for forty-five minutes
Hydrogen-rich air passes through a soft nasal tube while you sit back. Read, listen to something, or simply close your eyes.
Step 3: Carry on with your day
There is nothing to recover from. You can drive home straight afterwards and pick your day up where you left it.

We are a small, family-run clinic in Somerset — the sort of place where you can properly switch off, catch your breath and let someone look after you for a change. No rush, no fuss: come as you are, take your time, and we will do the rest.

- Everything happens on the ground floor, including the toilet.
- There are a few steps at the entrance. Tell us when you book if you use a wheelchair and we will make arrangements.
