The Vitality Guarantee
We are confident enough in a full five-session package to back it with a guarantee. Here is exactly what that means, with no small print hiding anywhere else.

What the guarantee is
Complete all five sessions in a Five 45-minute sessions package (£265). If you honestly have not felt any difference, tell us and we will give you a sixth 45-minute session — free of charge.
What it is not
This is not a refund, and it is not a promise about what hydrogen therapy will do for you medically — we do not make claims like that anywhere on this site, and we are not about to start here. It is simply this: if a full package did not feel worthwhile to you, we would rather give you one more session than have you leave unsure whether it was worth trying at all.
Which packages this covers
Only the five-session package. Single 20- or 45-minute sessions, the ten-session package and monthly membership are not covered — the five-session package is the one where we think a guarantee makes the most difference to whether you take that first step.
How to claim it
Once you have taken all five sessions, ring us on 07361 600629 or email contact@h2clinic.co.uk within 30 days of your fifth session and tell us you would like to use the guarantee. We will not ask you to justify it or fill anything in — your word is enough, and we will book your extra session at a time that suits you.
