Description
The 45-minute session is our standard visit. You settle into a private room with a heated recliner and a soft single-use nasal cannula, and rest for the full session.
What to expect: arrive 10 minutes early, stay in your own clothes, and use the time however suits you — most people read, listen to something or sleep. You can pause or stop at any point.
Included: private room, recliner, single-use cannula, filtered still water, towel, and a robe on request.
